Purus Hampton Court is a unique satellite health and wellness centre based on the bank of the River Thames in Hampton Court providing osteopathy, cranial osteopathy, sports rehabilitation/ massage and a children’s clinic.
Purus Hampton Court's fresh approach dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of musculo-skeletal problems and sports injuries as well as helping babies and children with ‘Cranial Osteopathy.
Cranial osteopathy is based on the same principle idea inherent throughout osteopathy; that structure governs function. The cranial approach uses very gentle techniques in which the osteopath's highly trained sense of touch is used to identify and correct mechanical disturbances and limitations, both in and around the joints of the skull and throughout the body. The name is misleading as the technique is applied to the head as well as the rest of the body. This technique has been found to be very useful in the care of infants and children by paediatric osteopaths as it is non-invasive. It involves gentle pressure and articulation to achieve the same results which are sought from orthodox osteopathic structural work.
A baby is never too young to be treated as cranial osteopathy is a very gentle and safe form of osteopathy.
Our aim is to help each individual overcome their problem with absolute confidence in the shortest time possible and get them performing to their full potential.
Initially founded in 1996 as the Hampton Court Health Clinic by Jonathan Bailey-Teyletche, it has provided health care solutions for thousands of patients from various walks life. From new born babies to the elderly, from the week-end jogger to elite athletes, from pregnant mums to corporate workers. The clinic has experienced staff to accommodate most osteopathic problems and is recognised by all private healthcare providers such as BUPA and AXA PPP.

Andrew Colley
Sports Therapist/Personal Trainer & Active Rehab Specialist
Qualifying over 10 years ago Andrew has worked with many individuals from many different backgrounds.
As the former head of Sports Therapy at West Ham United FC and Footballer, Andrew could see the parallels between good results and simple support. Professional athletes would find it difficult to achieve the performance they aspire to without the dedication and motivation of a coaching team. Andrew believes that this approach is easily transferable to anyone at any level using simple rules, Motivation, Education, Focus and Support.
Keeping to these basic rules has led to the development a training team that would understand how to give that little extra and push their client’s way beyond their expectations.
