Purus Active Health is a private osteopathy clinic in WC2 for anyone searching for an Osteopath Covent Garden. If you are looking for a Covent Garden Osteopath, our brand new and state of the art clinic is just steps away from Covent Garden tube in London WC2.
Osteopathy is a very popular healthcare system, which complements many other medical practices. Osteopathy has been a regulated profession since the passing of the Osteopaths Act in 1993.
It works by using soft tissue and mobilization techniques, providing a very effective treatment for a wide range of conditions from the mild to chronic.
Our osteopaths in WC2 work using palpation as well as a series of physical tests. These are used in conjunction with relevant medical history and psycho-social factors to form a diagnosis. Osteopathy is suitable for almost anyone and as well as being a very effective treatment for back and neck pain it can also contribute to alleviating an enormous range of conditions treating individuals such as children, pregnant women and the elderly.
Osteopathy is unique in its principle encouraging the body to use its own natural self-healing mechanisms.
